in March

Manchester’s most elevated Greek-Mediterranean restaurant has crafted a limited-edition menu, giving thanks to the mothers in all our lives. A culinary odyssey through authentic flavours, innovative, contemporary dishes, and exclusive drinks – our tribute to the ethereal Mother phoenix.

From Friday 8th March to Sunday 10th March, Fenix will be offering a four-chapter experience that begins with warm, freshly baked Pita alongside homemade Houmous and Guacamole.

Next, savour one of the Mediterranean’s most iconic cheeses with Halloumi Tempura and spicy Anticucho Chicken before enjoying the Orzo with Langoustine and Feta, slow roast Smoked Iberico Ribs glazed in our stunning Cantonese sauce, Baby Potatoes and Graviera, Gruyere espuma and Spicy Sweetcorn.

For dessert, our chefs have conceived a special dish, the Meterra’, (which translates to Mother in Greek), a coconut semifredo with lime zest and velvety framboise cream, tied neatly with edible ribbon as a gift to all mother figures, only available this weekend. As is our cocktail, the Mothers Devotion’Combining Moscofilero Theone Rose Wine, Chambord, Rose and Raspberry. An elixir inspired by the majestic firebird mother watching over her egg.
