CHAPTERONE

Begin your story with Spicy Grilled Meatballs, Fried Calamari, Chicken Souvlaki or Halloumi Cheese Tempura. Fresh yet warming dishes invoking blissful days basking in Aegean rays.

CHAPTERTWO

Chapter two gives guests the option of an afternoon rapture of Steamed Grouper, a delicate oceanic odyssey born from the endless blues of Hellenic seas and skies. Alternatively, our Glazed Half Chicken is a true epicurean epic, with spicy and herb flavours. Smoked Iberico Ribs, glazed in a sweet sauce, falling off the bone. Complement with sides such as vegetables like broccolini with truffle yuzu dressing and make this story entirely your own.

 

 

 

CONCLUSION

Complete the legend, guests also have the option to add a Final Chapter — the culmination of our journey through contemporary Grecian cuisine. Our desserts include Banoffee New Style, where velvet vanilla cream, toffee, crunchy cookie, banana and nutmeg zest meet. Or our Macaron Forest, a vegan chocolate and vanilla dessert nestled among meringue and chocolate soil.
