Summer at Fenix

Launching 15th July

It’s 30-degrees on the island of white-washed dreams. Mykonos may feel  a world away from Manchester. But – distances begin to drift with the calm Aegean breeze as you arrive at FENIX, just in time for a new seasonal menu.

A banquet of fresh dishes inspired by the timeless taste of old Greece combined with flavours from across the Mediterranean. Chefs Ippokratis and Zisis have already established Fenix as one of Manchester’s leading restaurants, praised for unique approaches to traditional recipes and contemporary creativity alike.

Legacy set, the legend now moves forward with stunning options that could only be served within our artisanal stone walls.

Old Worlds Made New

Using only the finest quality ingredients sourced from suppliers with genuine heritage, the latest chapter in our culinary odyssey bridges millennia and cultures alike.

Like the Prawn Saganaki, Gyoza stuffed with tiger prawns served on a bed of tangy feta espuma, accompanied by red pepper coulis, onion confit, tomato foam and crustacean broth. Then there’s our take on a Chocolate Crème Brûlée – to taste it is to believe.

From the Fire of our Grill

Charcoal cooking dates back to ancient times and has been used by civilisations across the globe. The only things separating us are the ideas behind the food itself.

For example, our Chicken Souvlaki, a true icon of Greece seen here through an original lens. Or Chicken Tabouleh, plated with grapes, raw broccoli and tahini dressing.

Not forgetting the Roasted Watermelon, which goes hand-in-hand with tomato and spearmint soup, rocket & rusk salad, and roasted sesame.
