Gaia’s Call, a very special twist on our iconic Siren’s Call cocktail, inspired by the goddess of mother nature, Gaia herself. Made with vanilla vodka, lychee and coconut.
Starter
Mother of Pearl Oysters combine legendary Maldon Rock Oysters with jalapeño cream, coconut and caviar.
Main Course
Next, choose the Steamed Grouper with celeriac puree, lemon sauce and dill.
Dessert
Finally, finish with a dessert of Aegean Treasures: matcha, chocolate oysters, chocolate pearls, sponge and coconut foam.
