Ever-evolving, the Nest Bar changes with the hour, a spectacular space transformed from sun kissed afternoons into magical evenings, before igniting the energy of after dark. Atmosphere perfectly in tune with each phase, an immersive backdrop for legendary drinks.

Adventurous odysseys through the glasses of our unique menu, where Greek gods and goddesses inspire opulent combinations and elegant elixirs. Here, our Fenix mixologists pour adventurous, eye-catching, theatrical drinks. Innovative combinations of flavours presented as works of art, ideas born from the 4 elements, Earth, Fire, Water and Air – making date night an adventure for the senses.

After work
A 21st century agora, the Nest Bar sets the scene for relaxed after-work drinks. Fenix is now offering a special drinks package, serving 4 Mythos beers or a carafe of Greek wine and meze sharing board for £19.50pp.
Available Monday – Friday 5 – 6pm.
LATE NIGHT
As the evening begins to wane, we turn to Selene for light. The moon personified, under her watchful eyes we find energy in the dark of night. Discover the Nest Bar every weekend in Manchester from 10PM — a passionate celebration of sophisticated decadence.
